You retain full ownership of the content you post. By posting on Glorifer, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

Glorifer is not responsible for any user-generated content and cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of posts. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Support Creator Feature - Terms & Conditions

9.1 Introduction

By using the Support Creator feature on Glorifer, you ("User") agree to the following terms and conditions. This feature enables Users to make voluntary financial contributions ("Support") to content creators ("Creators") on the Glorifer platform.

9.2 Voluntary Support

• All Support payments are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Support does not constitute a purchase of goods or services.
• Glorifer does not guarantee any benefit, reward, or future content in exchange for Support.

9.3 Commission and Payment Processing

• Glorifer deducts a 10% platform commission from each Support transaction.
• The remaining 90% is allocated to the Creator’s account on Glorifer.
• Payment processing may be conducted via third-party services (e.g., M-Pesa, Airtel Money, TigoPesa, PayPal) and is subject to their terms and conditions.

9.4 Creator Payouts

• Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment details (e.g., mobile money number, bank account).
• Glorifer is not liable for failed payouts due to incorrect information provided by the Creator.
• Payouts will be processed based on the Creator’s selected payout schedule and payment method.

9.5 Refund Policy

• All Support payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven fraud or technical error.
• Users acknowledge that by confirming a Support payment, the transaction is final.

9.6 Use of Funds

• Creators are solely responsible for the use of funds received via Support.
• Glorifer does not monitor or control how Creators use the funds and bears no liability for their use.

9.7 Fraud Prevention and Compliance

• Glorifer reserves the right to:
  • Suspend or block Support payments suspected of fraud or abuse.
  • Withhold funds pending investigation of suspicious activity.
  • Terminate accounts involved in fraudulent Support activity.

9.8 Changes to Support Creator Terms

Glorifer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Support Creator feature constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
